Property Affiliate Programme

Our affiliate program lets you make money by adding property listings to your website. This works in one of four different ways:

1. Direct Linking

Use a variety of text links, banners, buttons, logos, skyscrapers and other adverts to link to our site.

2. Content Panel

This is a piece of code that you can copy and paste into your website, which updates with a selection of different property listings. It can be configured to display a different number of properties, new listings in a particular country, or property of a certain type and the panel can also be formatted to fit in with the visual style of your website.

3. Hosted White Label

We can provide a full white-label version of our property search facility for your website. This can be plugged into your website, but is hosted and maintained on our servers. A £495+VAT fee applies to cover the initial design work, thereafter no further costs are incurred.

4. Email Newsletters

If you have an email database of opt-in subscribers that you feel may be receptive to customised newsletters relating to international or investment property, then we can work with you to create a bespoke email campaign. The email will be configured to send users back to "closed wall" details pages, which automatically track any enquiries generated and credit them to your affiliate account. No charge is made for email newsletter campaigns, but you must have a database of sufficient size or quality to participate.

Important Information

Fees

With all options, a flat rate of 25% is payable on all fees generated by new users that you introduce to us.

Lead For Life

All affiliate links are tracked with a 30-day cookie. If during that time, a client registers with us, then your affiliate account will be credited and you will “own” that client for life.

Please remember that you will not be credited for the activity of users that are already registered in our database, as they will belong to another affiliate.

Reporting

All affiliates are provided with access to a full online reporting suite, which tracks the number of visitors sent, new accounts opened, enquiries, pipeline revenue, fees owed and total payments on the account.

Please remember that the reporting system is cached on a daily basis, so your statistics will not update in real time.

Payment

Fees can be paid to affiliates by cheque, transfer or Paypal and are made one month in arrears.
